What does your cleaning services include?
We bring everything with us, required to give your home a beautiful clean. We also are able to work with selected products provided to us by you.
How do you price house cleaning services?
For one off cleans, we always prefer to quote you after giving the property a good inspection and discussing your expectations. We only ever charge by the hour, and we always work to make each clean good value for money.
If you book a weekly, fortnightly, every three or four weeks clean, we will work within your budget and give you a realistic expectation of what can be done for your budget. First cleans, will always take a little longer too but this will be discussed with you.
What should I do before booking a home cleaning service?
If you could kindly keep your home tidy, this would mean we can spend more time cleaning not tidying. We will however tidy up before any cleaning if needed, and try to do this as effectively as possible.
How do I pay for residential cleaning services?
For all one off or deep cleans, we require cash on completion. If you are a new client and book a a regular clean, we will require the first clean to be paid cash at the end of the clean. After this, we can take bank transfer, paypal, or even direct debit.
Are green cleaning services offered in my area?
We can offer green cleaning services if you provide us with eco friendly products. This may add some time to your clean, but we will endevour to keep this to a minimum. With some eco products, more work on our part is needed to get the same result because of less chemicals.
How often can you provide service?
We offer a truly tailored cleaning service, and we have clients that we see weekly, every two weeks, three or even four. We also offer cleaning services 7 days a week!
Do I have to be home during the clean?
Lewis Gerrity is the main business owner for eazi clean, he is fully DBS checked and we have clients who prefer to be home and some who prefer to be out. It is totally up to you! You are in safe hands!
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Our cleaning rates include any cost for us to bring our own equipment and cleaning products, we can cater to your preference as long as you advise us clearly what you want us to use. Please note that with green and eco-friendly products cleaning times can be extended.
How do you deal with pets?
Lewis always carries some treats in his car for pets, and they will get cuddles and some love when they feel comfortable around him. He will check with you first before any treat is given or any contact. He can not clean a property that has an angry pet in, as the pets safety and Lewis safety must come first. He has a charm with animals!
What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned?
In our years of cleaning, only a cup has been damaged! So you are in safe hands, but if the worse was to ever happen. We are fully insured. If anything is damaged we will contact you immediately and resolve the issue.
What happens if I need to reschedule my clean?
If you need to reschedule your clean, we ask for 24 hours notice so that we can offer your space to someone else. Cancellations on the same day or less than 24 hours notice, incur a 50% charge for your booking.
